As a Logistics Control Tower Leader, you’ll manage transportation and related logistics of goods to internal and/or external customers/suppliers. You'll be responsible for logistics control tower set up across Caspian Region (Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia) for Oilfield Services
As a Logistics Control Tower Leader, you will be responsible for:
Developing relationships with the different Product Line, understand their needs and design appropriate solutions.Managing transportation and related logistics of goods and services to and from internal and/or external customers/suppliers.Being responsible for the planning, coordination, and direction of logistics operations to ensures maximum throughput and quality.Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.Managing logistics costs to meet budgets and operations plans.Ensuring that Logistics & Trade Compliance policies, guidelines and strategic requirements are met.Understanding broader concepts, development of approaches and methods, and knowledge management. Solutions integrate multi-functional impact and perspective.Analyzing and recommending transportation and freight costs, appropriate routing, and carriers to be usedWorking with 4PL to make sure that performance goes smart based on Company established KPIs and most appropriate and cost economical freight option based.Going through required bids for the establishing best in class Logistics supplier to perform the required type of activity within Company policy and procedure.Drafting contractual documentation and submitting all necessary approval flows with the logistics vendor contracts and related documentation for the set-up activity in the country

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, or equivalentHave 8 years of experience in LogisticsBe able to communicate fluently in Azerbaijani, English and RussianBe proficient with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Excel and Word), SAP skills are preferableHave knowledge of international logistics (Import and export)Demonstrate ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously; effective problem identification and solution skillsHave excellent analytical and organizational skillsHave great presentation skills
