Minimum requirements:

A minimum of five years related experience and /or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage Good computer literacy skills in Microsoft Office and STRUMIS Understanding of key measurement and metrics which drive On Time, In Full, Always Safely Understanding of production processes throughout the business Excellent people management skills Keep relevant stakeholders informed Effectively interpret and translate instructions to other employees in a professional and respectful manner Ability to meet deadlines and be accountable for quality and quantity Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Maintaining key relationships with the MD, Management Team, Supervisors, Subcontractors (boilermakers), Customers, Suppliers, Transporters and Clients
