Summary of Primary Job Responsibilities:
Overseeing the internal and external courier services (orders management and invoices control).
Ensuring the products are delivered to the right location on time, with the quality required and in the most cost-effective way.
Education and Experience Target:Must:
Advance student in Industrial engineering, logistics related technical degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 1 years of experience in similar position. 1-2 years of experience in Contact Center Industry Schedule Flexibility (including weekends) Intermediate English Speaker. Fluent in verbal and written English. High Proficiency level (75 %>).Preferable:
Accounting knowledge. Yellow Belt Six Sigma. Background in Logistics and Inventory management is highly desirable.Qualifications: Knowledge in how to interact with Microsoft Windows Operative Systems Advanced Excel Preferable knowledge in Smartsheet and Monday.com Basic Internet tools Excellent verbal/written English communication skills Results-driven and deadline-oriented mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and leadership skills Effective time management and ability to prioritize workload Good numeric and verbal reasoning skills Effective problem-solving skills Exceptional self-discipline and ability to follow established processes Reliability and accountability Unwavering integrity and ethical standards Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task Clear and concise communication
