Prepare and administrate the Budget of freight, Customs, and foreign trade duties. Keep communication with all areas in the company to let them know changes and specific requirements of Import and Export process. Planning the activities and assign the resources of Traffic and Customs area. Design proper lanes to optimize the shipments. Look for and implement improvements in the logistic process to contribute the cost reduction. Implement and design the communication channels and work methods to monitoring and follow up the shipments. Collaborating to development in new projects to identify best method of shipment. Collaborate in the strategy of supplier localization to accomplish with origin rules applicable of the treaties signed by México. Ensure Customs legal compliance of all foreign trade programs the company has. Ensure the compliance of the programs relate with the Supply Chain security. Follow up of KPI’s Implement and perform proper procedures of Import, Export and expedite shipments.Internal Use Only: Salary
