Logistics Analyst and Reporting Specialist

We are currently looking for a Logistics Analyst and Reporting Specialist to join us at our facility in Asturias, Spain.

Here, you will help drive critical business decisions by analyzing metrics and designing reports. They communicate these results to managers and often provide suggestions based on their findings. Responsible for analyzing and interpreting data and providing logistics information to aid cost effective, efficient, timely and high quality logistics solutions. Often works closely with the Logistics Manager and other stakeholders in the organization.

Key responsibilities:

Evaluate and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs, including transportation, warehousing, and procurement.Use data analysis tools and methods to monitor and optimize logistics operations, inventory management, and order fulfilment.Collaborate with regional teams to standardize reporting and analysis practices across locations.Develop business reports, dashboards, and models in tools like Power BI and SAP Warehouse Management module or S4Hana to monitor KPIs and uncover cost-saving opportunities.Maintain data accuracy across systems such as the Freight Audit system, Salesforce, and SAP, while updating SharePoint repositories for accessibility.Communicate insights from data analysis to leadership and suggest strategies for operational improvements.Conduct regular reviews to align logistics data and processes with organizational goals and changes.Track financial and business trends to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements in logistics performance.

Key requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with prior logistics experience.Proficiency in SAP (WM), Business Warehouse, Excel, Power BI, and SQL for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.Strong critical thinking, analytical, and detail-oriented skills to solve problems and develop data-driven reports.Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus.Ability to work independently or collaboratively, demonstrating flexibility and resilience under pressure.Knowledge of business operations, strategies, and process improvement practices.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adaptability to change.
