Responsibilities: • Ensure the seamless and efficient transport of commodities such as Cotton, Coffee, and Cocoa by assisting in food logistics operations. • Collaborate with freight vendors to organize the transportation of goods, emphasizing meticulous attention to detail and absolute accuracy. • Identify and rectify discrepancies promptly through regular reconciliations. • Oversee supply chain inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels are maintained by carrying out data entry tasks and line balance activities. • Keep customers informed about stock levels and delivery timelines on a regular basis. • Uphold specific, detailed processes that are in place to ensure smooth operations. • Utilize skills in commodity trading, supply chain management, and inventory management to contribute to the team's success. • Leverage knowledge of enterprise resource planning and data mining techniques to enhance the efficiency of logistics operations. • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards while managing complex logistics operations. • Provide excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and maintaining accurate customer records. • Use CRM and other logistics systems to process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
