Key Responsibilities：
安全管理：持续学习并掌握国家及公司在物流安全方面的相应知识和政策，在团队内部以身作则并宣贯以确保全员能够树立安全第一的意识，并将安全管理融入到日常管理工作中，同时就公司流程及标准提出建议，以不断提高安全管理水平； （0事故）
发运管理：统筹安排客户订单的汇总、整理、分析；以合理及有效的方式将订单安排给相应供应商；进行在途追踪及时处理异常情况，确保满足客户要求；维护及更新上述作业的标准和流程; 就系统优化提出建议；
仓储管理：监督及管理收货、存储、发货过程以确保符合PPG相应的规章制度，及时处理仓储活动中发生的异常问题如（货损、货物异常等）；
服务管理：通过客户满意度调查及客户回访等方式深入了解客户需求，以持续提高客户满意度，就客户提出意见建议，在第一时间进行报告分析处理; 采取有效措施，预防类似情况再度发生；
成本管理：协助提供物流成本预算的标准及数据；通过及时记帐等方式确保费用的发生真实有效和准确；同时进行综合分析，以发现成本节约的机会，并提出改善建议和方案;
人员管理：全面负责和管理团队成员的编制、招募、薪酬、福利、培训发展以及员工劳动关系，以持续提高员工的敬业度和生产效率；(敬业度)
供应商管理：在合同的框架及条款下，监督和审计供应商的作业流程，避免供应商发生安全和质量事故，对供应商进行持续培训，确保供应商以合规的方式完成作业，持续提高作业效率，降低成本；在招标环节过程中，就供应商的选择提出要求和建议；
现场管理：对成品仓库现场的安全、5S、叉车、现场人员及成品收发货管理；负责制定仓库SOP流程；定期对员工进行培训；配合完成仓库循环盘点、月度盘点及年终盘点的工作和结果分析，并提出改进方案
Qualifications：
教育背景：统招本科及以上学历
物流及仓储管理5年及以上工作经验，化工行业经验优先，有危险化学品仓库现场管理经验优先
熟悉法律法规，行业惯例优先
熟练使用微软办公软件，精通EXCEL（特别是函数、VBA等）、PPT， SAP, Oracle等软件
优秀的沟通、协调、组织能力
