This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The Company is constructing its first plant of the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of production 1 million fuel injector units every year. With the new fuel injector plant we are able to meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job DescriptionCheck and analyze the needs of goods in MRP following customer requirements in the weekly basis and ensure availability of stock with optimizing the inventory level.Logistics PtB planners are tasked with maintaining optimal inventory levels. This involves regular stocktaking, review and adjustments to ensure there are no shortages or excessive inventory. (target DIO).Handle and monitor to minimize logistics costs according to company target. (target TCL, block stock, claim).Forecasting and planning; Logistics PtB planners must be analyst trends to anticipate future needs from past sales. Logistics PtB planners devise strategic plans to meet these needs, ensuring the company is prepared for both slow and peak periods.Coordination with relevant parties; Working in cross-functional teams, Logistics PtB planners communicate with sales, production plant and purchasing teams to anticipating and meet the demand. Through well-coordinated efforts, they guarantee the smooth running of company operations.Contact with the suppliers to ensure the orders are in place and shipment dispatch on time from the suppliers.Coordinate with OSD dept who manage freight forwarder for shipment arrangement/booking for inbound and outbound shipment against customer requirement.Coordinate with external warehouse who manage repacking, stock control, GR, GI to ensure the stock fulfillment on time and outgoing shipment against customer requirement.Handle customer capacity survey with long term plan of customer material requirement.Handle for customer satisfaction (8D, 5Why provided in time in case of complain).Create, maintain and coordinate with other function to get accuracy data in SAP system.Decisions and solution to be made sometimes beyond own task area and manage and gather section information.Bridge shipment information to entire stakeholder to ensure the process on ongoing with timely manner/accurate and align compliance.To be a representative of M/LOP3-EA for new project concerning passthrough business and a proxy of Delivery planner and others assignment from the manager.

Qualifications

Batchelor or master’s degree or above in related field
