Hire Resolve is seeking a talented and motivated Logistics Consultant to join our client’s dynamic team in the logistics industry. As a Logistics Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and optimizing road freight operations. We are looking for a dynamic individual who possesses a unique blend of sales acumen and operational expertise in the logistics industry, specifically in road freight.

Responsibilities

Establish and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients, including conducting regular visits. Develop and strengthen relationships with current transporters, clients, and truck drivers. Actively seek and identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and transporters, understanding their needs and providing suitable solutions. Perform cost analysis to optimize operations and increase profitability.

Requirements

At least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position. A relevant degree will be advantageous. Proven track record in business development. Deep understanding of road freight logistics. Ability to drive operational improvements. Own book of business would be beneficial. Suitable age range between 25 – 35 years. Preference will be given to an EE candidate. No preference for gender. Prepared to travel.

Ability to provide excellent customer service and build relationships. Ability to work in a team. Organized and able to track transactions. Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite. Entrepreneurial nature.
