Logistic Processing Functions:
• Responsible for handling all incoming & outgoing of goods.
• Perform Goods Receiving (GRN) and Work Order (WO) closures.
• Pick, pack and issue of goods according to Stock Request (SR) given.
• Ensure proper packaging, dispatch, and tracking of shipments.
• Conduct monthly random stock takes and quarterly full stock audits.
• Other ad-hoc tasks required by superior.

Shipping Processing Functions:
• Coordinate with Customer Service Department with regards to shipping-related enquiries.
• Preparation of import and export shipments documentation
• Liaise with forwarder on import and export shipments and ensure smooth processing.
• Arrange local dispatch for pick up or collection.
• To keep records of Proof of Delivery (POD) for every shipment.
• Other ad-hoc tasks required by superior.
