Who You Are:
Seeking a Senior Project Scheduler (USN) based in the United states and supporting projects on multiple sites within INDOPACOM-Marshall Islands region (USAG-KA (Kwajalein and Roi-Namur)) in support of LOGCAP V.
The Project Scheduler is responsible for working closely with technical experts/project leads and project managers in creating and managing project schedules. Work closely with others in linking critical activities across multiple projects. Creating and publishing high level integrated master schedules in support of the LOGCAP contract for Kwajalein Atoll. What You’ll Do:
Coordinates and tracks multiple key projects and tasks.Performs as a lead scheduler while assisting department with special projects.Maintains a resource loaded and networked program schedule for on-going and special projects that can be utilized to analyze resource allocations, mission completion dates, and “what if” analysis.Tracks and updates personnel and projects progress and critical path on a daily basis.Creates tracking reports for various levels of management.Coordinates project schedules and recommends appropriate lead-lag times.Plans workload for multiple project management teams and de-conflicts resources.Provides forward looking schedule analysis to Leadership.Interfaces between Senior Management and Lead Project Coordinators to gather data and adjust scheduling parameters.Contributes to program proposal preparation efforts.Works with project subcontractors to communicate scheduled task and schedule variances.Performs other duties and assignments as required.Possess excellent organizational and written and verbal communication skills to include a specific knowledge of technical military writing style and format.Must be able to work with military personnel, US Government officials and personnel from other firms/companies to meet client requirements.What You’ll Bring:
Use of computers with Microsoft software products (e.g. Excel, Word, Project, and Power Point) as well as other scheduling software. Use of printers, calculator, FAX machine, copy machine and other general office equipment.Must be able to speak, read and write English fluently.Must maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment dateMust maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date. Passport must have a minimum of 6 blank pages prior to OCONUS mobilization. Must satisfy the USARPAC Force Health Protection Guidance medical requirements for INDOPACOM prior to OCONUS mobilization, must be able to maintain a Medically Qualified (MQ) rating on an annual basis. If remote, must be willing to mobilize to Kwajalein as required for up to 30 days, at least once per quarter, in support of the program. Occasional short notice travel may be required, as well as Inter-Atoll travel, to outlying islands/projects sites if necessary. Must be CAC eligible and able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. High school Diploma (or equivalent) required. Bachelor’s degree desired. Two (2) years of experience working as a Project Scheduler for several projects simultaneously. Two (2) years of MS Project.Education/Certifications: One-year related experience may be substituted for one year of education, if degree is required.Successful results of pre-employment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.Comply with Company Drug and Alcohol Policy.Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.).US Citizenship with US Passport.Role Characteristics

Expected Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 per year

Location Requirements
The position will primarily work onsite in Kwajalein, Marshall Islands. On-site candidates are preferred, but remote candidates will be considered.
