LOGCAP: MCT Coordinator (USN)

Seeking a full time MCT Coordinator in Iraq in support of LOGCAP V. Join our team and grow with us as we provide best in-class services that help clients solve their most complex challenges.  

Perform all tasks associated with the safe and correct operation of the Air Terminal as directed by management, regulations, policies, Instructions and the Performance Work Statement. Operate GATES/GDSS systems as required.  

Your Impact 

Responsible for the development of logistical plans, policies, and procedures necessary to provide support in the logistics areas of supply, transportation, maintenance, and services. Responsible for Monitoring, coordinating, advising, and assisting all DOD civilians and contractors when moving in and out of Theater (Deployment and Redeployment) via Military/Commercial Air. Recommends and coordinates the logistics support structure to perform the logistics functions of the project. Interface between logistics functions such as transportation, PAX movement and passport shuttling to ensure efficient, timely, and cost-effective support to the customer. Coordinate with customers to ensure desired movement objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to management. Analyzes work processes and develops metrics for measurement of performance.   Preparing adequate documentation for each delivery, following freight-packaging guidelines and requirements as well as marking and labeling hazardous materials according to standard safety regulations Responsible for receiving, validating, and processing, all Transportation Movement Requests (TMR), Joint Movement Requests (JMRs) & Air Movement Requests (AMRs) for the personnel and equipment transiting, originating, terminating, and assigned MCT Area of responsibility. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Required Qualification 

Must have computer skills and be able to operate a variety of computer programs.Must be able to speak, read and write English fluentlyMust maintain a valid driver’s license from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment date.Must maintain a valid passport from their home country with validity for 12 months from on-site employment dateMust satisfy and maintain CENTCOM MOD-17 medical requirements to include COVID-19 vaccinationsMust be able to gain and maintain authorized entry onto US military installations.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. Additional Required Qualifications  

Must be a US National and will be required to maintain NAC/Secret clearance. Possess working knowledge of Movement Automation Query Systems such as GTN, GDSS, GATES, ITV, etc. Able to communicate effectively with military personnel, understand military flight information and local policies. Ability to read and understand Air Load Plans. Understand DOD movements terminology and be able to troubleshoot problems. JOB Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree and 1-3 years of experience Prefer 88N or previous MCT experience Typically requires 3 - 5 years LNO experience in a related field. Have strong computer skills to include Outlook, Excel, Access and Power Point -2T2 (AF AFSC) or 88N (Army MOS) plus and HAZ cargo cert a plus.
