**Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities**
**$66,220.00 - $122,980.00 USD Annual**
+ **Oversee Warehouse Operations:**
+ Direct and supervise warehouse staff, including order pickers, packers, and Shippers.
+ Plan and coordinate daily warehouse activities, such as receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
+ Ensure efficient warehouse workflow and maximize productivity.
+ **Inventory Management:**
+ Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
+ Maintain accurate inventory records using a warehouse management system ( Cin7).
+ Monitor inventory levels and identify potential stockouts or overstocks.
+ **Order Fulfillment:**
+ Oversee the order picking and packing process to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
+ Coordinate shipments with carriers and ensure timely delivery.
+ Resolve any order fulfillment issues that may arise.
+ **Safety and Compliance:**
+ Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
+ Enforce safety regulations
+ Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
+ **Team Leadership:**
+ Motivate and mentor warehouse staff.
+ Address employee concerns and resolve any conflicts.
+ Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
