If you are a talented and proven localization expert with experience managing global programs and are excited about intenting mechanisms for scale, then the localization program manager role on Seller University's Learning and Development team is for you.
As Localization Program Manager for Seller University, you will be responsible for managing complex localization processes, and working with global stakeholders including program managers, content strategy leads, learning experience designers, and language service providers. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge in localizing multimedia rich content such as video, PDF and elearning. They will also be well versed in program management, and have the skills to drive strategic localization initiatives aiming for operational excellence, quality assurance, and establish best practice against our team’s goals.
Key job responsibilities
- Managing international localization projects end-to-end, working closely with internal business partners, external vendors and other stakeholders
- Leading and coordinating efforts to create and improve localization mechanisms and workflows that support team, stakeholders, and vendors
- Maintaining and improving the language quality program and operations for the team
- Working with content creators, strategy owners, and product owners to define and streamline processes upstream and drive best practices for the localization of content
- Clearly communicate roadmaps, progress, risks and change management to leadership and internal cross-functional teams
- Writing , editing, reviewing and maintaining localization process documentation
