WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Local Product Lead, you act as the voice of the market towards our global HR product teams. Your mission is to ensure that global HR products (focus on SuccessFactors) deliver value locally – both in terms of business impact and user experience. You bring market needs into product development and synchronize product goals with operational readiness in your Sales Market. By doing so, you create strong alignment and engagement across functions and ensure smooth rollouts of new products and changes to existing ones.
You will:
Represent market needs to global product teams to help shape customer-obsessed products that meet market expectations.Propose market-specific adaptations where business value justifies it.Synchronize product roadmaps and business goals to ensure operational and organizational readiness in the market.Identify market opportunities and create understanding and buy-in for the global product strategy across all relevant stakeholders.Manage global, regional & local stakeholders in an inclusive and efficient way and build partnerships with local organizations and businesses to support operations.Closely collaborate with development teams to balance scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.Support and participate in works council negotiations by preparing key product information and acting as subject matter expert.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will be part of the HR Department and report directly to the People Insights & Planning Manager. In this role, you work at the intersection of global product development and local business needs, acting as a crucial link between teams. You will collaborate with departments such as Payroll, Legal, Controlling and HR, while also supporting the People Relations Team during works council negotiations. Additionally, you will align closely with other Local Product Leads to share knowledge and ensure a consistent product experience.
