As a Lobby Hostess, you will serve the needs of the business by ensuring that all guests are enjoying a positive and memorable Anantara experience. Your role is to create a seamless and memorable arrival, departure, and stay experience by offering personalized service and assisting with guest needs in a professional yet heartfelt manner in accordance with Anantara brand standards.
