The Training & Learning Development Specialist will play a key role in designing, managing, and supporting Tempus's training programs. This position reports directly to VP of Operations with a dotted line to Director of Leadership Development & Training. This role will focus on instructional design, LMS administration, SME collaboration, and leadership development. A primary responsibility is training and supporting department and team-based curriculum developers on best practices for using Articulate, Zensai Learn365 LMS, and other course development tools to ensure consistent, scalable, and high-quality training across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Instructional Design & Course Development o Design and develop corporate, role-specific, and leadership training programs using Articulate and other e-learning tools. o Train and guide department and team curriculum developers in course design, LMS usage, and instructional best practices. o Support the integration of Zensai Learn365 into the current Confluence-based training, maximizing the benefits of both tools. o Establish structured learning pathways aligned with role competencies and career progression. o Establish and support ADA Course Requirements and content creators ADA certification process. • LMS Administration & Training Coordination o Manage and maintain Zensai Learn365 LMS, ensuring course tracking, compliance reporting, and user access security. o Oversee course library organization, navigation, and security, ensuring secure consistent ease of use. o Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for training teams and end users. o Monitor engagement metrics and complete rates, optimizing training programs based on analytics. • SME Collaboration & Knowledge Management o Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop training content, structured knowledge-sharing programs, and hands-on skill labs. o Establish best practices for SME-driven knowledge documentation, ensuring accessibility and usability. • Mentorship & Leadership Development o Help establish and support mentorship programs that connect employees with experienced mentors and internal coaches. o Assist in facilitating Everything DiSC training, ensuring employees and managers can apply insights to workplace interactions. o Coordinate leadership development events, team-building activities, and skill-building sessions for employees and managers • Training Strategy & Continuous Improvement o Support the Director of Leadership Development & Training in aligning learning initiatives with corporate strategic goals. o Continuously refine training programs based on learner feedback, engagement analytics, and industry best practices. o Explore and implement new technologies to increase program efficiencies, quality, and greater deepening of skill retention of employees. o Contribute to expanding the centralized knowledge base, improving ADA accessibility to all employees. Preferred Qualification & Skills: • 3+ years in corporate training, instruction design, or LMS administration. • Proficiency in Articulate, Zensai Learn365 (or similar LMS), and instruction design tools. • Experience training departmental and team curriculum developers on course design and best practices • Strong background in LMS management, training coordination, and content development. • Knowledge of mentorship programs, SME collaboration, and competency-based training. • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder collaboration skills. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC.
