ABOUT THE ROLE\n

F&M Trust is hiring a Loan Servicing Construction Specialist to join the Loan Servicing team. This individual will be responsible for various administrative duties essential to the function of tracking and monitoring construction projects within the commercial segment. Completes spreadsheets and advances for land acquisition, infrastructure and vertical construction. Also, ensures the receipt of insurance, permits and other pertinent information relative to the project. Finally, this individual assures commitments, letters of credit and collateral data are appropriately updated on the core operating system.\n

LOCATION\n

This position will be based in our Corporate Headquarters in Chambersburg, PA. A hybrid working arrangement is available after a satisfactory introductory period and successful demonstration of key accountabilities. \n

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS\n\nA high school diploma or equivalent.\nMust possess strong Excel, Word, and Outlook and be interested in using technology in the role. \nMinimum of 5 years administrative experience or a combination of education and experience normally required. \nWorking knowledge of bank legal documents required. \nPrevious experience with personal computers and office equipment also required. \nHighly attentive to details and organized.\nFlexible and adaptable to change. \nAbility to work independently. \n\n
