D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Loan Product Specialist II. The right candidate will serve as a loan product helpdesk, manage assigned investor relationships and lead teams to launch new loan product offerings.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Serve as a product helpdeskResearch new products and investorsOversee new investor approval as well as new product and investor roll-outsCreate loan product codes and identify closing documents and add them to Loan Origination Software (LOS)Complete assigned agency/investor re-certificationsMaintain a company-wide product databaseOversee orientation training for new Mortgage Loan Originators and processorsNotify company of agency guideline changesTrain new members of the Loan Product DepartmentConducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the companyAbility to occasionally travel overnight

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)Three to five years of mortgage industry experience in a production or related roleAbility to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applicationsProficiency with MS Office and emailAbility to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral visionThe noise level is generally moderate

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferredStrong communication skillsAbility to multi-task and attention to detail
