Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Loan Processor - Support in El Paso, Texas. Working in the financial services industry, you will be tasked with handling mortgage loans, ensuring top-notch customer service, and managing a pipeline of loans to settlement in a timely manner. Responsibilities: • Efficiently process mortgage loan applications while maintaining a high level of accuracy • Deliver exceptional customer service, responding promptly to all inquiries and providing proactive communication • Conduct thorough quality checks on all submitted packages to ensure compliance with company and investor guidelines • Maintain and manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring all commitment and closing dates are met • Utilize Automated Underwriting System and CRM tools effectively for data processing • Provide operational support to the team, communicating regularly with loan officers and managers • Prepare and submit regular reports, including call-logs, pipeline reports, status reports • Ensure all processing actions adhere to the company's compliance standards • Stay updated about time management and appraisals related to loan processing • Oversee the closing processes and ensure all conditions/stipulations required by the company are met promptly Requirements • Proficiency in using Automated Underwriting System is necessary. • Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software is required. • Must have strong data processing skills. • Familiarity with 'About Time' software is a plus. • Experience in handling appraisals is essential. • Thorough understanding of closing processes in loan transactions is necessary. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are required. • Must be knowledgeable about compliance regulations in the lending industry.
