Job Description

Cushman & Wakefield are looking to appoint a Loading Dock Coordinator to commence as soon as possible. Working on the client side in Melbourne's East, the role will be responsible for:

Coordinating inbound/outbound deliveries at the loading bay, handles equipment and stock, provides onsite management of vehicular movements, and monitors and manages health and safety practices for vehicular access and egress.

Facilities Management: Identifying, communicating, and escalating facilities management issues and needs.

Meeting Room Bookings: This role will support meeting room set up as required, including adjusting movable walls, chairs and other general set up activities.

Contractor Management: Will work with contractors relevant to the Loading Lock services and other services as required.

Customer Service: This role will ensure excellent customer service in their relationships with the client and associated stakeholders.
