Our client is looking for a Load and Haul Superintendent, and we’re looking for YOU!

Requirements:

Grade 12 Blasting Certificate/Equivalent MQA qualification in Surface Mining Mine Overseer Certificate or NQF 6 Diploma in Mining Certificate in Explosives Engineering Mine Managers Certificate would be advantageous 8 years’ relevant experience

 

Responsibilities:

Ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective load and haul operations (including dumping and construction) in order to achieve the operations production targets as per the mine plan, which includes but is not limited to:

Operations management SHERQ (Safety Health Environment Risk and Quality) Contractor management Budget and cost control People management and leadership Continuous improvement
