WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Provide support to the booking team including venue calendar organization, artist/festival offer management, staff working lists, etcPrepare decks and other graphic-content for shows, festivals, tours, and other special eventsAct as a liaison between Live Nation and artist representative on site at showsPrepare and execute pre-settlements and night of show event settlements for high volume of shows (clubs, theaters, amphitheaters & arenas)Produce financial documents for artist and venue and settle events with all respective parties.Order, handle and reconcile show cash.Communicate & coordinate with the local office and accounting team on all financial related items as related to settlements/flash reportsKeep accurate records for all showsVarious projects as needed

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Recent graduate or currently enrolled in an accredited College or University; Preferably in a field related to the internship you are applying forRecent college graduate or Junior or Senior standingPrevious experience preferred (school, internship, or professional); Preferably in a field related to music or entertainment businessBasic accounting knowledgeMust work well under pressure and high stress environmentsCreative thinker and problem solverAcute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacyA strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programsProficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint & other similar software programsAdaptable with work hours, supporting weekends, nights and holidays as neededExcellent organizational, communication and analytical skills with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentCOVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions.

The expected compensation for this position is:

$16.50 USD - $20.00 USD Hourly

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
