Live Nation is seeking a self-motivated and energetic Manager, Ancillary Product Pricing to support our revenue maximization efforts across our owned and operated large amphitheaters. This position will be responsible for leveraging data and analytics to drive pricing, inventory management, and strategy for ancillary product sales. Availability to work nights and weekends may be required based on show demands to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
Responsibilities:
Pricing Strategy
+ Lead the pricing strategy for ancillary upsell products for shows at LNOO amphitheaters under your assigned regional responsibilities.
+ Maximize upsell revenue and drive sales volume by effectively pricing all products and managing inventory levels.
+ Analyze historical data, sales metrics, and industry trends to develop and implement an optimal pricing strategy.
+ Track demand indicators prior to event on-sales to inform initial pricing decisions.
+ Monitor sales velocity for LNOO amphitheater on-sales and throughout the entire sales cycle to dynamically adjust prices, react to fluctuating demand, and meet sales targets for assigned regional venues.
Inventory Management
+ Oversee the inventory management strategy for ancillary upsells across LNOO venues as assigned by the manager and manage day-to-day sell-through levels.
+ Develop and implement strategies to maximize upsell revenue through efficient inventory management throughout the sales cycle.
+ Collaborate with the Analytics team to provide recommendations on initial inventory allocations across all products.
+ Partner with PSS and Venue GMs to ensure the correct inventory is put on sale for each event across all product offerings (e.g., bundles/packages, standalone upsells, etc.).
+ Proactively monitor ancillary inventory and provide recommendations on new ways to generate incremental revenue and drive sales volume through merchandising, distribution, and marketing.
+ Work with key stakeholders across the organization — including, but not limited to, Ticketing, Operations, PSS, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics — to improve the use of tools and processes to drive the business.
Onboarding New TM Technology
+ Implement LNOO amphitheaters with new TM products to enhance the fan shopping experience, specifically within the assigned region's select venues.
+ Import all upsell products into TM Merchandising to enable TM+ buyers to view and purchase upsells at checkout, driving revenue.
+ Work with VN Marketing to implement upsell product images that fans can view while shopping for products (e.g., VIP Club areas, Deck Access spaces, etc.).
+ Strategize new ways to segment upsells and prioritize products for purchasers at checkout based on their location or ticket type in the shopping cart.
Seat Upgrades & Onsite Technology
+ Build seat upgrades for concerts at both large and boutique amphitheaters using the Archtics ticketing system and Account Manager to enhance the fan experience.
+ Learn the FEVO application and actively monitor box office builds for each venue. Escalate any issues to FEVO as needed and ensure FEVO landing pages are updated the morning of each show to maximize upsell opportunities during peak demand.
+ Effectively communicate with Box Office Managers to address any issues related to seat upgrades or FEVO upsell landing pages, ensuring they are resolved or escalated as needed for a seamless fan experience.
