performance, compensation, discipline and terminating employment.Collaborates with other associate directors and clinical/support associate directors in cross-functional process
improvement, collaborative teamwork, open communication and problem solving to ensure the effective coordination and
integration of services within and between units.Manages the effective utilization of human resources and supplies within the unit, including the development of
appropriate staffing and management of productivity. Develops staffing plans in response to patient volume and activity.
Recommends a sufficient number of qualified and competent persons to provide care. Recommends space and other
resources for needed services. Participates in selecting outside sources for needed services.Maintains constructive collegial relations with service line, division, and clinical/support medical staff.

Job Summary
The Manager, Clinical Operations, Transplant ensures daily operations supporting the development of the clinical affairs infrastructure
and programs for patient safety and quality care. The Manager assumes fiscal responsibility through preparation of unit
budgets, serves as liaison with medical staff and other personnel, promotes the maximum growth and development of each

Qualifications
Education & Licensure
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Required
RN State License Preferred
Experience
5 years of Management experience in a healthcare or hospital setting required
