The University of Utah, Athletics Department is looking for a Live Production Specialist. The Live Production Specialist will assist the Director of Broadcast and Director of In-Venue Production with day to day and game day operations, as well as the Chief Broadcast Engineer to ensure equipment is built and allocated for all productions. This role will fill many hats and assist both ESPN digital / linear shows, while also stepping in as a secondary producer for in-venue productions. This position requires technical knowledge as well as a production background to support camera operators, graphics operators, replay operators and audio personnel. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience), plus three years of directly related experience in instructional or commercial television required.
