ResponsibilitiesSafety Promotion: Learn how to create and maintain a safe working environment.Quality Assurance: Understand the processes to produce high-quality products efficiently.Capacity Management: Observe and learn how to maximize production capacity while maintaining quality standards.Equipment Maintenance: Collaborate with Maintenance and other resources to ensure all equipment is functioning correctly and meets government regulations.First Aid Training: Gain knowledge in performing first aid when the nurse is unavailable.Support Team Members: Assist supervisors, technicians, and managers as needed.Comprehensive Training: Prepare for future roles as a supervisor or service technician by understanding the interactions between Accounting, Human Resources, Food Safety and Quality Assurance, and Production.
