Use marketing skills and technologies to develop and implement a web or interactive strategy to reach online customers and prospects or internal audiences. Drive an intuitive, engaging, relevant and integrated online experience that drives revenues and leads while increasing customer loyalty and building stronger customer or employee relationships. Manage editorial strategies and content of online properties (websites, portals), as well as applying new technologies such as chat marketing, personalization, search engine marketing and optimization, pod casting and blogging. Focus may be global, national, regional, sub-regional or local in scope. Ensure online experience align with company’s brand identity and messaging framework.
Management Level Definition:
Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
Responsibilities:
Implement web or interactive marketing technologies and projects to reach online customers or internal audiences.Implement editorial plan and content for online properties, landing pages or websites.Maintain product information, configurations and pricing on the web, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and customer- friendly presentation.Manage and juggle many unrelated projects under tight deadlines.Comply with all company web standards, processes and tools.Execute to assigned project budgets.Education and Experience Required:
BA or BS degree in Communications, Marketing or Computer Science.Familiarity with web programming languages, applications and techniques.Knowledge and Skills:
Writing and editing for the web - requires peer or manager review.Web analytics (measurement, ROI).Communication skills (written and verbal).Prioritization, project management and time management skills.Basic knowledge and understanding of interactive media, tools and technologies (all channels and pricing models).Basic knowledge of Internet principles and web site production.Maintain company marketing management systems as needed.Additional Skills:
