Nelson Mullins is in search of a Litigation Staff Attorney to join its Litigation group in the Baltimore, Maryland office. This is an opportunity for a staff attorney to join an expanding and fast-paced practice that offers a range of litigation services to a variety of clients. 

A Day in the Life

From both the boardroom and the courtroom, our Baltimore attorneys offer local and national clients progressive yet practical strategic advice in transactional matters, intellectual property, business disputes, general corporate, litigation strategy, and more. We also are at the forefront of the vibrant city’s cultural and business life, contributing our legal skills to a full range of entrepreneurs and industry leaders while participating in the community organizations that make our city great.  

 

All candidates are asked to submit a cover letter, resume, and a copy of their law school transcript. 

We Know You

With at least 5 years of meaningful experience in complex business litigation, you feel confident in your abilities to work well within a team structure. You are experienced in the areas of products liability and/or insurance defense and you are able to manage day-to-day client operations. You are admitted to the Maryland Bar.

 

At Nelson Mullins, we are committed to transparent and equitable compensation practices. Pay for this role is based on factors such as legal experience, practice area expertise, and location.

 

Salary/Wage: $127,500 annually.
