Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to Attorneys within the Banking Law and Litigation departments Draft, format, and manage legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence Maintain and organise case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines Manage Attorneys' diaries and appointments Liaise with third parties, including Court Officials, Sheriffs, and client staff Efficiently utilise legal practice management systems and platforms Prepare and process billing, invoices, and legal cost tracking Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience as a Litigation Secretary in a Law firm Strong typing and dictation skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Court Online, CaseLines, and other legal software (or willingness to learn) Experience working with financial institutions is advantageous Exceptional organisational and time-management skills Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of foreclosure, insolvency, and general litigation is highly beneficial If you are a proactive and detail-oriented professional with the necessary experience, we invite you to apply and become an integral part of this reputable firm!
