A national law firm seeks an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join their team. The Paralegal should have experience in commerical litigation and/or construction defect litigation matters. This position will collect, analyze, organize, and maintain factual information and documents, both electronic and hard copies, in accordance with correct legal practice and procedure. Will meet with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or projects and evidence collection. Will research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources and will provide written analysis to attorneys. Responsible for performing all aspects of discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests and subpoenas; compiling, and organizing coding/indexing documents. Will handle all stages of litigation, including intake, discovery and trial.

Paralegal Certificate/Degree OR five years of litigation paralegal experience.

In-depth knowledge of Florida and U.S. District Court laws, court procedures, and electronic discovery.

Must have working knowledge of a document management system such as iManage. Additionally required is experience using e-discovery databases and litigation support software such as Relativity, Summation and Reveal.
