About the Role:

A well-established national law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its team in New York. This role offers the resources and support of a large firm while maintaining a personalized, boutique-style approach to client service.

Roles and Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of general commercial litigation. Work in New York State and federal courts. Draft and respond to pleadings and discovery. Draft and argue motions. Take and defend depositions, including expert depositions. Job Requirements: Education: Juris Doctorate (JD). Licensing: Must be licensed to practice law in New York State. Experience: 2 to 4 years of general commercial litigation experience. Skills: Strong research, writing skills, and academic record. Preferred Qualifications: Trial experience (not required). Large law firm experience strongly preferred.
