The ideal candidate must be highly analytical, be proficient in Excel, demonstrate written communication skills, attention to details, commitment to excellence, and great capacity to self management. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate outstanding collaboration and professional skills. The Listing Specialist will be responsible to support team to execute to help sellers create or improve their product catalogue.

Job responsibilities

• Help create new ASIN using externally available data
• Troubleshooot common listing errors to support internal team members with correct daily procedures
• Follow and improve internal playbook and ensure the correct usage by fellow team members
• Be vocal when internal playbooks fail to produce desired results
• Work with a big volume of data
