**Job Title: Line Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and forward-thinking Lead Line Operator to manage operations on a pelletizing or grinding line. This role involves overseeing line operations, moving material using forklifts, and ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the facility. **Responsibilities** + Lead operations on a pelletizing or grinding line. + Use forklifts to transport material within the facility. + Oversee and manage line operations of pelletizers and grinders. + Assist in the construction of boxes for material storage. + Load material onto conveyor belts. + Ensure adherence to safety protocols across the facility. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial settings. + Experience in machine operation. + Proficiency in forklift operation. + Experience with inventory count, shipping, receiving, palletizing, loading, and unloading. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.25 - $21.75/hr.
