Job Description:

We're excited to announce an amazing opportunity for an experienced Line Cook to join our team! You'll play a key role in preparing, cooking, and presenting delicious food for large-scale events like weddings, conferences, and parties.

THE DAY TO DAY...

Food Preparation: Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items for cooking. This will often involve washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing these ingredients

Meal Execution: Uses various kitchen equipment - including ovens, broilers, grills, slicers, and blenders - to prepare dishes

Kitchen Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensures cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen. This may involve cleaning dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, as well as the cooking surfaces

Banquet Set-Up: Helps in setting up the banquet hall, including the arrangement for food, silverware, and plateware

Food Storage: Manage the storage and rotation of food supplies in accordance with safety standards

THE QUALIFICATIONS...

High School diploma or equivalent

Previous culinary experience preferred

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Good interpersonal skills to work as a team member
