Job ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook food items according to standardized recipes and menu specifications.Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure food quality and safety.Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards.Collaborate with kitchen team members to coordinate food preparation and order execution.Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes and equipment.Assist in food inventory management as needed.Demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring.
Critical Skills & Experience Requirements
**Applicants must be 18+**Prior experience in a high-volume kitchen or culinary environment preferred.Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.Ability to work in a fast-paced and teamwork-oriented environment.Excellent communication and time management skills.Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.Understanding of inventory management and ordering processes.**You will be required to provide a valid proof of Right to Work in the UK. This can be a valid passport OR birth certificate along with your National Insurance documentation (both must be present OR another form of valid right to work documentation. As applicable, you must have a minimum of 6 months work eligibility available on the right to work documentation that you provide.**
