In this position... 

The Global Lincoln Business Office supports the governance and coordination of a wide variety of events and activities for the President of Lincoln and the broader Global Lincoln Organization. 

What you'll do...

Support the governance process for Global Lincoln and assisting with central coordination, including development of cadence meeting plan and charters to best reflect the needs of the business  (monitoring and refining governance processes as needed) Track and measure performance for Global Lincoln against the Business Plan and provide support for key corporate forums (e.g. Corporate Business Ops, Corporate SAR, Marketing Business Ops) Assist in the coordination of Global Lincoln forums (e.g. L1 Collaboration Meeting, L1 Office Hours, etc.) Support the consolidation of materials for corporate level governance forums (e.g. Corporate Business Ops, Corporate SAR, Global Leadership (GLM), Board of Directors, Corporate Orientation, etc.) Actively support Strategic Priority initiatives, special projects and presentation development for the president of Lincoln

You'll have... 

Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing and/or Sales  3-5 years in similar business operations/governance role  Experience managing multiple, cross-functional projects Strong business acumen, time management and organizational skills Ability to interface effectively with senior management and executive assistants  Drive for results, ability to identify new opportunities, improve processes, work proactively Exceptional PowerPoint/Excel Skills/Outlook Skills/SharePoint Administration  Schedule flexibility to provide occasional support for early morning/evening meetings (on-site/remote)

This position is a range of salary grades SG5-SG8.
