Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable electrician to join our team and provide exceptional electrical services to our retail clients. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and efficiently to achieve the highest level of success. Furthermore, a strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, and maintenance for interior and exterior electrical issues is required. Must be able to safely operate scissor and boom lifts in high traffic environments. Must always maintain a professional atmosphere.

Responsibilities Possesses expert skills in the disciplineSolid understanding of a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and proceduresRelies on in depth experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsProvides resolution to a diverse range of problemsA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected“Go To Person” and takes initiative to resolve problems or improve processesWorks under limited supervisionConduct tests and assessments of new systems and repairs to ensure qualityAssemble and install electrical panels, wire harnesses, and other electrical equipmentRespond quickly to all service requests and efficiently troubleshoot and repair electrical systemsCommunicate estimated timelines for repairs to those impactedInstall new equipment and wiring to expand infrastructure as neededPerform preventative maintenance on a regular scheduleLog all services and report progress to managementUtilize and store all equipment properly Qualifications

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Provide scheduled maintenance, check all components Facilitate, track and monitor weekly schedules for EMS systems for the customers.Check schedules as well as temperature settings weekly.Facilitate, track and provide strategies for managing all energy consuming equipment.Responsible for implementing schedules and procedures that will aid the building efficiency.Facilitate, track and provide strategies for managing all energy consuming equipment. Responsible for implementing schedules and procedures that will aide the building efficiency.Track and report status of open projects. Provide historical data for analyzing trends.Track time, mileage, materials, tools. (Weekly/Monthly)Oversight of special projects, facilitate and troubleshoot ongoing construction and maintenance issues with schools and building services.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in electrical engineering technology preferredValid electrician license in good standingCandidate must be able legally able to service commercial buildings in their state residence2+ years of experience working as an electrical technicianExtensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and all necessary equipmentAble to read blueprints and technical drawingsProficient with manual and power toolsFamiliar with code requirements and company safety regulations
