This position is responsible for co-hosting and producing segments for our hour-long lifestyle show, Great Day Colorado and our half-hour weekly show, Weekend Vibe. Responsibilities include enterprising ideas, and creating content that reflects life in Colorado. Requires dynamic anchoring, writing, shooting, editing and interviewing skills. Must have strong editorial judgement, research experience, effective communication, compelling and accurate writing and project management skills. Duties include but not limited to: + Interviewing guests/clients both in studio and on location. + Competent in finding, shooting and editing engaging stories. + Researching show topics and developing questions. + Greeting and assisting guests/clients during show preparations. + Assisting and working with Account Executives on sales presentations and meetings with clients. + Plan and produce an energetic, informative show through creative ideas, segments and interviews. + Assist in maintaining and updating social media accounts. Requirements and Skills: + Experienced with writing and editing lifestyle show segments, and teases. + Proven experience as host or on-air personality. + Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple projects. + Must be energetic and positive; and contribute to a productive team environment. + Social media experience required. + Experience working in Bitcentral and ENPS. + Bachelor’s Degree in film, television, news or a related field, or equivalent experience.
