Position Summary:

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Lifeguard. - Jupiter, FL.

Summary of responsibilities include:

Reports to the Assistant Director of Facility Operations

Open and close pool, depending on schedule and hoursResponsible to act as first responder in the event of an emergencyMonitor activities in the pool or on the pool deck closely and identify any safety issuesObserve weather to ensure guest safetyMaintain a clean environment in and around the poolProvide assistance to patrons when appropriate

Minimum Qualifications:

FAU degree-seeking undergraduate student with a minimum of six credit hours (or twelve if international) and a 2.5 GPA required.

Salary:

$13 per hour.

John D. MacArthur Campus - Jupiter

Work Days and Hours:

Monday - Saturday, 7am - 7pm for up to 10 hours per week.
