Must be able to work a flexible schedule, 25-30 hours per week. Responsibilities: + Maintain safety, order and discipline in accordance with pool rules. + Respond to patrons in distress and administer first aid and/or CPR. + Monitor the pool area and report any unsafe or hazardous conditions. + Interact with patrons in a pleasant and professional manner. + Clean pool restrooms daily. + Maintain pool chemicals to acceptable state guidelines. + Additional duties as required by manager especially during periods of inactivity in pool area. Skills: + Must be an excellent swimmer + Must have a certification in lifesaving particularly the Red Cross Advanced Lifesaving Certificate + Must have specific training in cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) #NYIND
