Come Join GM as the Lifecycle Marketing Process Integration Lead! You will be responsible for assisting in driving process, strategy, innovation and outcomes for brand-based 1:1 customer communication. As part of the Foundational team the focus will be on the performance of every customer interaction across our lifecycle. From vision to strategy through execution, a successful candidate will have a passion for organizational process, customer engagement, experience in cross-channel, outcome-based marketing, and an innovative spirit aimed at testing, learning and optimization.
This candidate should be proficient in Adobe tools/platform and be able to support research, best practices, user behavior, customer insights to inform decisions and recommendations.
The ideal candidate will be able to independently solve problems and collaborate with others to come to fruitful output to ensure deliverables and support strategic discussions and driving growth plans.
Experience in the following areas:
Skilled in documentation and reporting on integration processes, configurations, and workflows
Transformation Change Management: Demonstrate experience in managing transformation initiatives, including planning and executing change management strategies.
Budget Experience: Possess a strong background in budget management, including the ability to create, monitor, and report on budgets effectively.
Scope Management: Exhibit skills in defining and managing project scope to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Organizational Design: Assist in staff design that aligns project needs and organizational resources. Collaborate with leadership teams to identify and implement integration strategies that enhance team performance. Collaborate to identify and build a plan for insourcing initiatives, addressing any questions or pursuits that fall outside the scope of other managers but support CET overall.
Effective Communication: Be a thorough communicator capable of providing clear updates and information to team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
Upskilling: Participate in and assist in facilitating training and upskilling sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge.
Collaboration Expert: Initiate and assist teams to promote focused collaboration and project execution through usage of designed tools, charter documentation, clear goal setting and reporting back on efficiency and opportunity areas.
Skills Required:
Forward-looking performance marketer who excels in a fast-paced innovation environment
Interest in enabling change in how we deliver ‘best-in-class’ marketing
Ability to work cross-functionally with input from multiple areas of the business
Problem-solving skills, including planning, time management and organizational proficiencies
Educational Requirements:
Four-Year Accredited College Degree
Advanced/Master’s degree in a marketing or business-related field (preferred but not required)
Additional Job DescriptionAdditional Requirements / Qualifications:
2 plus years of CRM and digital marketing experience
Areas of expertise:
Possess knowledge of agile methodologies and be prepared to engage in different parts of the agile process such as backlog grooming, scrum participation and sprint planning.
Experience with complex integrated/automated marketing campaigns and segmentation strategies
Data analysis and data-driven marketing initiatives
Experience in marketing a technology brand and its associated products
Direct Agency experience or Agency management experience
Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Affinity to facilitate problem solving & collaboration
Proven experience in effective project management
