YOUR ROLE

Projects Phase-in

Keeps central overview of HCB EU project pipeline & instruct/guide SC Planners Steers E2E Steering projects implementation tasks including x-functional tracking (milestones closed on time) Distributes relevant projects information x-SCP teams securing always up to date stakeholders Escalates in case phase-in is in danger due to pending milestones on other departments or insufficient data quality Takes care of process training and continuous improvement in his area of expertise

Projects Phase-out

Identifies obsoletes materials by project and track forward looking cost impact Creates country cost split allocation Monitors and escalates missing decision on PIPO milestones (Obsoletes Decision, target dates, planning) Secure the cross charge and invoicing process

Project Management

Specific project manager responsibilities Measure project performance using appropriate systems Report and escalate to management as needed Perform risk management to minimize project risks Strong attention to deadlines and guidelines Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks

YOUR SKILLS

•Degree in Business/Administration, Technical, Engineering, Finance, Information Systems

•2.5+ years of project management experience

•Bilingual (English / Spanish)

•Knowledge of Power Bi

•Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

•Confidence working independently and as part of a team
