Lifecycle Engineering Intern
SECTION 1: JOB SUMMARY* Assists Junior and Senior level Engineers with the execution of project activities including but not limited to lab testing, drawing updates, data collection, statistical analysis, assembly inspection and measurement of tooling and jigs. SECTION 2: DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES* In accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position + Reviews specifications, engineering drawings, and test data, to resolve problems related to material changes, dimensional tolerances stack-up, design requirements, manufacturing processes improvements, and cost + Executes material tests and data collection. + Assist with material specification changes. + nspects and test tools and fixtures after fabrication to ensure that they meet specifications. + Assists Engineers with the documentation and execution of process validation activities Additional Details: + Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable + Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedure + Performs other duties assigned as needed **Qualifications** SECTION 3: EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION* + Bachelor of Science with Senior standing. + Medical, Industrial, Chemical or Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering will be considered a plus. SECTION 4: REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS* + Statistical knowledge + Ability to read and understand Mechanical Drawings + Knowledge in AutoCAD and/or Solidworks + Knowledge of computer programs such Outlook, Excel, Word
