Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of coaching experience. Proficiency in relevant computer applications. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Strong data entry and typing skills.  
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the EAP (Employee Assistance Program) field or familiarity with the industry. NLP Life Coaching or equivalent qualification. Technical Skills and Knowledge: Proficient in call centre telephony and technology. Knowledge of administration skills and processes.
