Life and LTC Product Marketing Consultant

Let’s talk! We’re seeking a Marketing Consultant to join our Life Insurance and Long-Term Care marketing team. Working in an agile pod structure, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing end-to-end marketing strategies that drive sales and help achieve business goals for Lincoln Life Solutions while also helping consumers by educating them on the importance of protection strategies for their family and financial plan. **What you'll be doing** + Demonstrate a strong understanding of current and emerging developments/market trends for the financial industry and the life insurance/long-term care insurance market; assesses impact, and collaborate with marketing, product, sales and management to implement/drive marketing programs, content and campaigns, to drive current and future solutions. + Build relationships, serve as a subject matter expert, and partner with internal & external stakeholders to elicit, define and transform concepts into simple positioning and marketing stories; communicate and ensures that marketing plans are understood by all stakeholders and team members. + Partner with key stakeholders to set marketing strategy across all channels – content, social, advertising, digital marketing, web, etc. + Identify and recommend solutions to improve marketing programs and processes. + Analyze and guide the development of performance metrics and benchmarks to track and assess the effectiveness of all marketing programs, tools and collateral. + Lead, direct, and coordinate the development, layout and design of marketing material—from idea generation to execution including, but not limited to, project and resource planning, change management, communications planning and reporting. + Ensure full collateral set is accurate, relevant and compliant with regulatory requirements and consistent with Lincoln’s editorial and brand standards. + Champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. + Have fun, be curious, and willing to test and learn new approaches. **What we’re looking for** _Must-Haves_ + 3-7 Years experience in financial services or marketing directly aligned to the specific responsibilities for this role + Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Analytical skills and close attention to detail is necessary + Ability to adapt quickly in a changing work environment **Application Deadline** Applications for this position will be accepted through November 1, 2024, subject to earlier closure due to applicant volume. **What’s it like to work here?** At Lincoln Financial Group, we love what we do. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual.
