Under the general supervision of the Executive Director, the LICSW will provide clinical leadership and support to all programs regarding program participant care and treatment. \n

WHAT YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAY TO DAY\n\nSupervises and provides guidance to direct care staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and program protocols for client services of both the residential and outreach\/outpatient programs.\nLeads team meetings and case conferences to ensure coordinated care for program participants.\nProvides training to staff on the basics of client assessment and care, including motivational interviewing and brief intervention techniques.\nMonitors and evaluates the effectiveness of client services, making recommendations for improvements as needed.\nProvides weekly \"Clinical Issues\" meeting with the Program Managers for purposes of team building, team cohesion, and enhanced inter-agency communication.\nCoordinates with external agencies and partners to ensure comprehensive care and support for participants.\nOversees the implementation of evidence-based practices and maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant clinical guidelines.\nDevelops and facilitates staff training and professional development opportunities.\nEnsures compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements, including maintaining accurate documentation and records.\nActs as a liaison between the clinical team and the executive leadership, providing weekly updates and reports on program outcomes.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE:\n\nMaster's Degree in Social Work or Related Field plus a minimum of 5-years' experience in outreach, case management, and supervision. Doctor of Social Work Preferred. \nLICSW - licensed independent clinical social worker\nManagement\/clinical supervisory experience.\nMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.\nDemonstrated knowledge and experience in working with veteran population; sensitivity to veterans-related needs and issues.\nMust be able to pass a CORI Background records check.\nCompliance with Veterans Inc. COVID-19 Vaccination Policy. Religious and Medical Exemptions are considered.\n\n
