Our Client, a Mattress Manufacturing company, is looking for a Licensing Operations Specialist for their Doraville, GA/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + The Licensing Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and optimizing licensing operations. + Flow haven (licensing management database):manages reporting and submission of agreements/amendments and royalty reports & collaborates with finance to ensure royalty reports and payments are filed per contract terms; manages internal product process workflows with Brand and Creative teams, manages external user access for licenses + ONIT (legal contract management database): manages the team-relevant components of the contract lifecycle for approximately 55 international and 20 domestic licensees through the contract management software managed by the legal department (Should docusign fall into this somewhere) + OHM (financial database – with finance team(s)) + Global Licensing SharePoint: manages architecture of folders/files of all pertinent licensing data + Global Licensing Hub for Serta & Simmons: Manages licensee signups for Betternightsleep.com Licensing Management: + Oversee the operations of Flow haven, ONIT, Global Licensing SharePoint + Ensure accurate and timely reporting and submission of royalty reports and payments by licensees + Monitor and manage the contract lifecycle for all licensees, coordinating closely with licensing & legal department Compliance and Reporting: + Ensure licensees comply with all contractual obligations and company standards. + Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance and accuracy in reporting. + Prepare and present detailed reports on licensing activities and financial performance to senior management. + Ensure Certificates of Insurance are collected annually from each licensee Process Improvement: + Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of licensing operations. + Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize the use of Flow haven and Onit software + Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for licensing operations. Training and Support: + Provide training and support to licensees on the use of Flow haven software. + Assist licensees in understanding and fulfilling their contractual obligations. + Support internal teams in leveraging the Onit software for contract management. Requirements: + Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing operations or a related field. + Experience with licensing management software (preferably Flow haven) and contract management tools (preferably Onit). + Strong organizational and project management skills. + Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. + Proficiency in data analysis and reporting. + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on compliance and accuracy. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
