transplant patient populationCBserves medicine and transplant population including kidney and liver transplant The unit also services the needs of a variety of med surg overflow patients when necessary and appropriateWorking under the direction of a registered nurse and within the context of the Nursing Professional Practice Framework the LPN contributes by providing the highest quality patient centered direct care for patients at Hartford Hospital The self motivated LPN will work collaboratively as part of the healthcare team to assist in reaching desired outcomes for quality safety
