As an LPN, you'll be at the forefront of providing vital nursing services in outpatient psychiatry, addiction recovery, and housing programs. Provide compassionate, client-centered nursing care while conducting thorough physical and mental health evaluationsAdminister medications using various methods and educate clients on proper medication managementCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plansMaintain accurate documentation and medical records while ensuring compliance with regulationsFacilitate client intake processes and nursing-led educational groupsOversee medication inventory and manage house stock medicationsDevelop safety plans in partnership with clientsEnsure adherence to infection control standards and address health-related concernsServe as a clinical resource for nursing and medical concerns under nursing leadershipEducation, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practiceGraduation from an accredited practical nurse programAdditional Qualifications:
Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insuranceStrong communication and problem-solving skills with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalismProficiency in electronic health records and the ability to interpret lab results and procedural documentsPhysical Requirements:
